The Exposure

Please let us know your preferred choices (3 in maximum)of the following business units which you would like to work for during summer (Jun to Aug 2026):

1. Claims

• • Claims operations of General Insurance business
  • Claims data analysis for quality enhancement and governance improvement
  • Claims rules review and workflows revamp

2. Distribution – Direct & Partnership

• • Market research and sales campaigns for General Insurance retail business
  • Digital marketing content design for retail business development
  • Data analytics of marketing initiatives for customer experience enhancement

3. Distribution – Retail Distribution Management & Transformation

• • Data analysis of distribution channels for driving growth of personal & SME businesses
  • Implementation of New Business Partnership Onboarding project 
  • Workflow and service design for system migration and transformation projects

4. Marketing

• • Coordination of marketing events, volunteer activities, social media campaigns, etc.
  • Digital marketing and branding activities
  • Maintenance of corporate website and social media channels

5. Compliance

• • Local compliance framework in insurance industry
  • AML tool transformation project
  • Cloud migration of screening platform
  • New modules for transaction monitoring
  • Automation of customer risk rating

6. Human Resources

• • Staff engagement and communication activities
  • Automation of HR Services
  • HR Operations with focus on Compensation & Rewards

We look for the students who have

• strong interest in exploring insurance operations
• positive thinking and strong customer centricity mindset
• good communication skills in English and Chinese
• basic knowledge of or exposure to data analytics tools (e.g. SQL, Power BI, Google Analytics, etc.)
• enthusiasm for AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Dynamic 365, Copilot, etc.)
